Så här i början av året känns det viktigt med omvärldsanalys. Vilka hållbarhetsutmaningar ser du framför dig 2024?

Klimatkris och ekonomisk kris som medför ökad arbetslöshet, migration, fattigdom och korruption.

AI som medför oändliga möjligheter när det kommer till t.ex effektiv och förbättrad vård eller väderprognoser som i sin tur påverkar jordbruket osv. Men som också innebär risker. Där har etiken en central roll för att just mitigera risker.

Cirkulär ekonomin som nu på allvar tagit fart. Vi hör om det i hela vår värdekedja och det kommer bara att växa.
Vad tror du kommer påverka dig och ditt team mest framöver?
– Ovan nämnda trender samt införandet av nationell lagstiftning enligt EU:s direktiv. CSRD, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directiva som är mycket välkommet och att öka transparensen samt troligtvis också resultaten bland de bolag som berörs, detta eftersom den dubbla materialitetsanalysen möjliggör ett skarpare fokus på rätt saker för de bolag som berörs.
Vad är det viktigaste du ser att ditt affärsområde kommer behöva utvecklas inom 2024 för att kunna möta kundernas behov?
– Vi som hållbarhetsteam kommer att stötta leveransorganisationen med att hitta kopplingen till hållbarhet. Inom Tietoevry har vi redan så många fantastiska lösningar som går att använda för att öka kundernas hållbarhetsprestenda. Om kunderna använder sig av smarta digitala lösningar öppnar det upp för skalbarhet i deras hållbarhetsinitiativ.

Our Sustainability steering group is the highest body in sustainability issues. This group creates recommendations, goals and policies in the sustainability area as well as coordinates, monitors and provides advice to Tietoevry’s Leadership Team, the President and CEO, and the Board of Directors on sustainable-related issues.
POLICIES AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Our Code of Conduct Policy is based on the UN Global Compact principles and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. It serves as the guiding principle for all employees and business partners.
To facilitate the selection of and cooperation with suppliers we have a separate Supplier Code of Conduct Rule, which is based on our Code of Conduct and the UN Global Compact principles, and also requests an Environmental Managements System (EMS) in line with the ISO 14001 standard or equivalent. In addition, we have Code of Conduct related rules for managing material areas, an Anti-corruption Rule and an Environmental Rule.
Our ISO 14001 compliant Environmental Management System (EMS) covers more than 90% of employees.
